The Kravchuk Method restores your body’s “factory settings”

Why pain, fatigue and anxiety are often not about age, but about one blocked joint — and what to do about it.

Imagine your body obeying you again, instead of the other way around: you wake up without a heavy head, your back doesn’t ache by evening, your neck doesn’t pull, your lower back doesn’t “shoot”, your knees don’t twinge, there’s no pressure in your chest, no wave of fatigue after lunch. And all of it without pills, endless massages or sport “through the pain”.

I see the body as a system that can be re-tuned — brought back to its original, “factory” parameters, where it works easily and without glitches.

That is exactly what I built the Kravchuk Method for. It is comprehensive work with the body on several levels at once.

I.What the method consists of

The method works on three levels at once

Denys performing an atlas correction
Denys performing a correction of the first cervical vertebra, the atlas. Limassol, Cyprus.
01
The first cervical vertebra (the atlas)

We restore mobility and the correct position of the pivot point where the skull meets the spine.

02
Ligaments and the deep muscles of the back

Deep work with the ligaments and muscles of the back and pelvis. We release the chronic spasm that holds the body in a twist.

03
Fascia, joints and the subcutaneous neural network

We free “glued” fascia and restore nourishment to the tissues, joints and brain.

Cervical spine: the atlas (C1) and axis (C2), the first supporting vertebrae
The atlas (C1), the first pivot point where the skull meets the spine. This is where the work begins.
II.What makes it different

How this approach differs from everything you’ve already tried

Usually you’re offered:

  • painkillers and “a course of pills”;
  • a standard massage or physiotherapy exercises;
  • “strengthening the muscles” at the gym;
  • working only with the mind, ignoring the body.

The usual result: temporary relief, a relapse, and a slowly growing sense that “something is wrong with me” and “it’s probably just age”.

Not “masking the symptoms”,
but removing the root cause.

The Kravchuk Method solves a different problem. This breakdown is almost always a combination of three things:

  • a blocked atlanto-occipital joint;
  • chronic spasm of the deep muscles of the neck, back and pelvis;
  • “glued” fascia that disrupts the nourishment of tissues, joints and the brain.

We don’t fight headaches, cervical osteochondrosis, migraine or scoliosis one by one. We give the body back its basic architecture, after which it starts to recover on its own, the way nature intended.

III.Recognise yourself?

If you recognise yourself in even a few of these, it’s not age. And it can be fixed.

IV.From practice

See for yourself: before and after

I work with all kinds of bodies: from babies a few months old to people in their seventies. Below are a few before-and-after examples where you can see how posture and well-being change. And, most importantly: almost every “after” photo was taken already after the first session.

Denys Kravchuk, 33. Creator of the method and its first patient. At 17 he was diagnosed with second-degree kyphoscoliosis and thoracic hyperkyphosis: he lived on painkillers and Voltaren injections, plagued by headaches, neck pain and neuralgia. He walked the whole path on himself — the headaches are gone, painkillers are no longer needed, the scoliosis has disappeared completely, and the hump has almost smoothed out. Photos from 2024 and 2026.

Oksana. “Headaches, migraines, ringing in the ears, pain in the neck, back and lower back, constant fatigue, low mood and a state that depends on the weather — the full package,” is how she described her condition before the work. The photos show posture before and after.

Sasha, 37. Constant pain in the lower back, neck and back, tension in the traps. “For 20 years I went to masseurs, chiropractors and osteopaths. No one could straighten my back or take the pain away.” The photos show posture before and after the work.

Kristina, an EMS trainer. Back problems since her teens: pain in the neck, traps, back and lower back. Training brought relief but never solved the problem. “It got easier after the very first session, and after the course I feel like a young girl again.” The photos show posture before and after the course.

Elena, 61. Neck and back pain, headaches, pain between the shoulder blades and a pronounced dowager’s hump. She didn’t manage to finish the full course — she lives in Cyprus. But even that was enough: “I used to be unable to wake up without coffee. Now my head is clear, my energy is back, my sleep has improved, the pain is gone, my legs have straightened — I feel wonderful.” The photos show posture before and after.

Elena, a young woman. Constant headaches, pain in the neck, between the shoulder blades and in the lower back. In the “before” photo the head is thrust forward and the neck seems to merge with the torso. After the course the pain is gone, the neck has lengthened, the shoulders have opened up, and Elena even lost weight. The photos show posture before and after.

Olga, 38. Constant headaches and migraines, insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, severe neck tension and shallow breathing. For years she lived on painkillers and migraine medication. The photos show head position and posture before and after the course.
When I came, my body was one lump of pain. Two and a half months later the headaches were gone, my sleep came back, tension left my whole body, my shoulders opened up, the anxiety disappeared. I stopped taking all of my medication.

I rediscovered joy, happiness, calm and confidence in myself.

Olga, 38

It’s not magic. We give the body back its working biomechanics and blood flow, and the nervous system normal conditions to work in. From there it starts to cope on its own.

Pain in the neck, back and lower back, strong asymmetry of the body. Before and after the work.

Look at the heels. Because of the difference in leg length, body weight is distributed unevenly, and the joints wear out faster from constant overload and imbalance.

From early childhood Dmitry’s body lived in a struggle. A birth injury: his neck barely moved and his body grew crooked. His father brought the boy to a monastery, to a lama, who literally got him back on his feet — movement returned. But a strong asymmetry of the body remained.

Years of yoga and body practices helped him hold on, but discomfort in the neck, thoracic spine and lower back stayed as a backdrop to life. We worked through it together, layer by layer, and the pain went away.

Independent vascular ultrasound

In one year, blood flow to the brain returned to normal

Objective numbers from a medical device. Three independent vascular ultrasounds (Doppler) over a single year.

Vladimir, 43, had a Doppler ultrasound of the head and neck vessels three times at the licensed ALCOR clinic on Philips machines. I did not take the measurements — this is an independent medical examination. And between them there was work on the atlas using the method.

The device measures the speed of blood flow in the arteries that feed the brain. The most important part here is the V4 segment of the vertebral artery. This section runs right next to the atlas, and when the first vertebra is displaced, the flow gets pinched exactly here. Follow this line in every scan. Three measurements, three colours: from an alarming red to a calm green.

Doppler ultrasound of the head and neck vessels, 16 December 2023

Blood-flow speed in the vertebral artery is reduced on both sides. The doctor’s report says exactly that: «зниження кровотоку по сегменту V4 зліва та справа».

Two months into the work, Vladimir did a follow-up measurement. The same V4 segment.

February 2024 · after 2 monthsBlood flow rising
Doppler ultrasound of the head and neck vessels, 12 February 2024

A deficit still remained, but the speed had already grown noticeably on both sides. The report: «дефіцит кровотоку по сегменту V4».

And a year after the work began, the final examination arrived.

January 2025 · after a yearBlood flow normal
Doppler ultrasound of the head and neck vessels, 10 January 2025

Blood flow through the brain’s arteries returned to normal and became symmetrical. Verbatim from the report: «кровотік по артеріям мозку з нормальними швидкісними та спектральними характеристиками, симетричний».

Over the year, blood-flow speed grew by 60% and returned to normal. The doctor’s wording changed from “reduced blood flow” to “normal characteristics, symmetrical”.

I’ll be honest. Atherosclerosis — the age-related narrowing of the vessel by around 20% — hasn’t gone anywhere; that is a separate process. But blood flow through the vertebral arteries at the level of the atlas — exactly what the correction works on — returned to normal.

Want to measure your own blood flow?

Message me and I’ll tell you exactly what to ask for and how to read the result.

Results are individual. Ultrasound data is not a clinical diagnosis — this is stated in the reports themselves.

VI.If nothing changes

What happens if you change nothing

Yes, you can keep enduring it and blaming it all on age, the weather, “everyone’s like this”, “nerves”. But the body thinks differently:

Spasm of the neck and back
Chronic spasm of the neck and back

Deepens postural distortion, scoliosis and hernias.

Deficit of blood flow to the brain
A constant deficit of blood flow to the brain

Worsens headaches, lowers concentration and raises anxiety.

Load on the liver and kidneys
The “crutch” of painkillers

Loads the liver and kidneys, gradually weakening your body’s own pain-relief system.

Tilts of the pelvis and legs
Compensatory tilts of the pelvis and legs

Destroy the joints, change your gait and add fatigue even from walking.

Your body is already doing everything it can to survive. The only question is whether you’ll give it the conditions to live, not just survive.

VII.The root of the problem

Where the root of the problem lies, and why old methods don’t work

Most people — in my experience, the overwhelming majority of clients — have a subluxation or block of the atlanto-occipital joint, the first pivot point where the skull meets the spine.

At birth and later in life:

  • the head becomes fixed in the wrong position;
  • the deep neck muscles are chronically over-tensed on one side and over-relaxed on the other;
  • the vertebral arteries and nerves are under constant compression;
  • the body “adapts” everything to this: posture, skeleton and the fascial network.
Working with the muscles and ligaments of the neck
Working with the deep muscles and ligaments of the neck.

What happens next:

  • an ordinary massage works on the surface without changing the control from the brain, so relief lasts only a few days or weeks;
  • heavy training reinforces an already crooked pattern, and sport through a misalignment finishes off the joints;
  • pills and injections mute the pain signal but don’t restore normal mechanics to the joint and fascia;
  • working only with the mind, without the body, leaves a reflex spasm in the neck, and the brain keeps living in an anxiety mode even if you’ve “worked it all through”.
Releasing fascial blocks
Releasing fascial blocks and tension.

The root is that the first and second cervical vertebrae (the atlas and axis) and the body’s fascial network are running in emergency mode, while you’re trying to solve the consequences.

VIII.The result

What you get in practice

After a course of the Kravchuk Method:

  • headaches and heaviness in the head ease or disappear;
  • posture straightens, the “hump” goes, the set of the head and neck changes;
  • the feeling of constant fatigue fades and energy returns;
  • inner tension and anxiety drop, and it’s easier to fall asleep and wake up;
  • moving, sitting and standing become more comfortable, and the sense of “brittleness” and “ageing” in the body disappears.
IX.What to do now

Watch the video, and a lot will fall into place

If you’ve read this far, you already understand what’s happening with the body and why symptoms can persist for years. But text doesn’t give the full picture. So I recorded a detailed video in which I explain:

  • how the first and second cervical vertebrae affect the whole body;
  • why misalignments, pain and chronic tension appear;
  • why massage and exercises give only a temporary effect;
  • where headaches, anxiety, fatigue and sleep problems come from;
  • which test actually reveals the problem.

I also explain how the work goes, how many sessions are needed and what happens to the body after a procedure. After watching, almost no questions remain, and it becomes clear whether this method is right for you.

Watch the video carefully and to the end — it will help you decide without unnecessary doubts. Then come back here and move on to booking.

From here it’s simple

You can leave things as they are. You’ve been carrying this system of compensations for years, so you can keep enduring it. Or you can give your body a chance to return to normal, instead of adjusting to pain for the rest of your life.

It all starts with a first diagnostic session: I look at exactly what’s happening with your body and put together a plan. You’ll feel the difference right there.

To book, message me directly. I answer personally and will help you choose a convenient time.

In Cyprus I take a limited number of appointments. It’s better to write in advance.
